Most days start with coffee, sketches and a playlist that sets the tone. I work twelve months ahead, shaping the future playbook of the brand, and six months ahead when it comes to line sheets. Every month, around fifteen new buckle concepts move through the system, from 3D printing, sampling and refinement before any stage of production. The goal is consistency, not repetition. Sometimes something unexpected happens, a special edition, a moment that just feels right at that time. Those are the ones that break the rhythm. The studio is never still. It is where ideas take form before they become real.
