CM® will gladly accept returns and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Items to be returned must be in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original packaging included. You have 14 days from receipt of your order delivery date in March to request through a return form. Please email: hi@christianmacleod.com. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 days from the date your request is approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for return.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Where applicable, you may not be reimbursed the initial shipping cost. Using a reputable shipping carrier is recommended, as CM® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of tracking and a signature of receipt as proof of delivery, reimbursement will not be issued. If an order is returned in its entirety, a full refund, including the original shipping fee, will be issued.
