CM® will gladly accept returns and issue an online store credit or refund the item. Items to be returned must be in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original packaging included. You have 14 days from receipt of your order delivery date to request through a return form. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 days from the date your request is approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for return.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Make sure you use a reliable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must be able to provide tracking and proof of receipt with signature upon our request in order to qualify for reimbursement.
If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted based on the new bundle tier your order qualifies for. For example, if you bought 4 items for £80 and return 2, your remaining 2 items will be charged at the 2-item bundle price (£50), and you'll be refunded the difference.
